Three of the Angel's team recently competed in the 2009 NDGANZ Groomalong competition run by the National Dog Groomers Association of New Zealand and came home with a fantastic array of prizes.

(Previously passed Non Sporting module with a Poodle, passed Gundogs module with an English Cocker Spaniel, passed Terrier module with an Airedale and a West Highland White Terrier)
Passed the written test in record time to become the North Islands first NZ Master Groomer.

Although there are many reasons our clients entrust their beloved pet to our care for grooming, one thing we hear again and again, is the high standard of grooming and the care we take to give the exact groom requested.

Many of our loyal customers have found their way to us after being disheartened by other groomers who have refused to do what they wanted. Why shouldn't a Bichon have their feet trimmed like a Poodle if that's what you want? Why cant a Cocker Spaniel have a long tail? Why cant your white Poodle be pink? Most of the time, there's no reason at all why you cant have exactly what you want. Thats why when you book your dog in with us, we take the time to discuss the entire clip with you so you know what your getting, and your getting what you want.

Of course if you don't know what you want, we are happy to make suggestions. We can give you a range of ideas, and you can choose what sounds good.

Another large portion of our clientelle is elderly dogs. We take the time to do the elderly while they are resting. Most are able to be groomed while laying for 90% of the time if they are elderly and have difficulty standing.
