Q. What are the petshop opening house?

A. We are open at Massey Pets 7 days (except for Christmas Day, Easter Friday and Easter Sunday, and Anzac Day morning) Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm Saturday 9am - 5pm Sunday 10am - 5pm Public Holidays 10am - 4pm

Q. Do you sell Marine Fish and Corals?

A. Yes, we have a good range of Marines Fish and Corals, Tropical Fish and Plants, and of course Goldfish.

Q. I have always wanted pet birds, but I want something that I can cuddle, is that possible?

A. Yes, we often have hand raised birds that are super friendly as well as our usual cage and aviary birds.

Q. Do you sell pet food?

A. We have a large range of premium pet foods including Royal Canin, Advance, Hill Science Diet, Iams/Eukanuba, Nutro and more.

Q. My cat has knots and she is getting older now and I dont really want to have her knocked out by the vet, can you help?

A. Yes, we groom cats as well as dogs. Many of the cats that come to us have knots and lots of undercoat. We always work in pairs when we groom cats to make it as stress-free as possible without having to sedate your cat. It is rare that we are not able to groom a cat while unsedated.

Q. My dog has really bad skin, and my vet has given me a medicated shampoo to use. If I bring him in for a groom can you use my shampoo on him?

A. Of course, we are very used to using all types of products so it is no problem to use your prescribed products on your dog.
